By creating an account or using AdMentor, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 16 years old to use AdMentor. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
You agree not to: misuse the AI Trainer or Scenarios to generate harmful, illegal, or abusive content; attempt to access other users' data; reverse engineer, scrape, or resell the platform; or use AdMentor in any way that violates applicable law.
All course content, lesson materials, scenarios, and platform code are owned by AdMentor or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use them for your own learning. You may not redistribute or republish course content without written permission.
AI Trainer responses and Scenario evaluations are generated by language models and may contain errors or omissions. They are educational guidance, not professional advice. Always verify important claims (especially platform policies, ad rules, and pricing) against the official Meta documentation before acting on them with real budgets.
Certificates issued on AdMentor confirm that you passed a course's final exam on a specific date. They include a verification code and can be checked publicly. They are not a guarantee of employment, certification by Meta, or any specific commercial outcome.
AdMentor is currently offered without charge. If paid plans are introduced, we will update these terms and ask for your consent before billing begins.
You may stop using AdMentor at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that pose a risk to the platform or other users.
AdMentor is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, or ad spend resulting from use of the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be handled by the competent courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
For questions about these terms, reach out from inside the app or contact your workspace administrator.
