Refund Policy

1. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your AdGuide purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — no forms, no follow-up questions. This applies to the $49 USD lifetime access purchase.

2. How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd. The fastest way to request a refund is to visit paddle.net, look up your order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there.

If you'd prefer, you can email us at support@adguide.app with the email address used at checkout and we'll arrange the refund with Paddle on your behalf.

3. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (card, PayPal, etc.). Funds typically arrive within 3–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. After a refund

Once a refund is processed, your access to the premium course content is removed. You can keep using the free preview content and create a new purchase at any time.
